King Bed and a four-piece master en-suite

This 3 Bedroom open concept cottage has been fully renovated recently; it is bright and clean with fantastic views of the lake. 

The large wall-to-wall windows visible from the kitchen/dining/living room. It boasts three bedrooms and a Bunkie. In all, sleeping can accommodate 10 people. 

The cottage has two full baths (one with a tub) and a fully equipped kitchen. A gas fireplace for ease of use and an outdoor wood burning fire pit (firewood included). 

You will enjoy beautiful sunsets from the deck, two tiered dock or the fire pit (No daytime burning, fires are only allowed after 7:00pm).  The cottage is dog friendly. 

• Primary Bedroom: King Bed and a four-piece master ensuite
• Bedroom Two: Queen Bed
• Bedroom Three: two single bunk-beds 
• Bunkie:  Queen Bed in the loft and a fold out sofa
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with gas range, full refrigerator/freezer with built in ice maker, dishwasher, all cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery are provided. Coffee and tea are included.

There is a 350 square foot deck with a gas barbeque, picnic table and Muskoka chairs to sit and enjoy the sunset. We provide two kayaks, two stand up paddle boards.

The new tier dock is great for spending the afternoons on the water. 

There is a 16 foot fishing boat with a 15HP motor with a small additional charge, (boat only available to those with a valid boating card). 

There are many board games and unlimited WiFi.
